Año &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 2022-2024El antiguo “Escorxador” de Sitges es un edificio industrial construido en 1920 y proyectado por el arquitecto Josep M.ª Martino Arroyo, de estilo “Noucentista” e incluido en el Catálogo de Patrimonio Arquitectónico Municipal. 
El objetivo del proyecto desarrollado por nuestro estudio de arquitectura especializado en rehabilitación es conservar todo elemento original del edificio e introducir los nuevos elementos en los huecos, tanto de fachada como del espacio interior, sin entrar en contacto ni competir con los elementos originales de valor histórico-arquitectónico.Estos nuevos elementos son las ventanas de planta baja en las fachadas laterales, el volumen del acceso principal al porche y el cuerpo de servicios higiénicos en el interior del edificio.
Así como la materialidad del edificio original se caracteriza por su gama cromática: blanco, verde y tonos rojizos, los nuevos materiales introducidos tienen como objetivo crear un lenguaje propio que aporte identidad a la intervención actual en armonía con la arquitectura original.La obra propuesta no desmerece al edificio catalogado, sino que, al contrario, los nuevos elementos contrastan con el edificio original y realzan su arquitectura. El diálogo entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo enriquece arquitectónicamente el edificio.

Año &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 2023-24El proyecto de interiorismo consiste en la reforma de los baños de la planta baja y la transformación de la antigua sala de eventos de la Fonda Europa de Granollers en un moderno espacio de coworking que se incorpora como servicio complementario del hotel.Este nuevo uso dado al espacio a través del proyecto arquitectónico desarrollado por nuestro estudio de arquitetcura es la respuesta a una realidad ya existente en la Fonda, como lugar que siempre ha representado la mesa y la palabra; el cierre de tratos o negocios. Esta memoria histórica es fundamental en el proyecto, que no solo busca renovar el espacio, sino también recuperar su espíritu original de interacción profesional.Los elementos que se han utilizado en el proyecto hablan de la casa y representan quiénes son. Para lograrlo, el diseño parte de una revisión y reinterpretación de los elementos arquitectónicos originales del edificio. La propuesta busca combinar el carácter tradicional de la Fonda con líneas contemporáneas, logrando una fusión armónica entre el pasado y el presente.

Año &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 2024-2025Realizamos esta obra de rehabilitación integral en un edificio construido en 1934, gemelo del número 44, también rehabilitado previamente por nuestro estudio de arquitectura. Se trata de una intervención más dentro de nuestra trayectoria como&#38;nbsp;arquitectos en Barcelona, especializados en la rehabilitación de edificios catalogados por Patrimonio en Barcelona y su área metropolitana.

El edificio presentaba un estado muy deteriorado, especialmente en la fachada posterior y en las instalaciones comunitarias. El proyecto planteado consistió en la rehabilitación completa de dicha fachada, la sustitución de todas las instalaciones comunitarias y la reforma integral de los espacios interiores: vestíbulo, escalera comunitaria y viviendas.

Muchas de las viviendas se encontraban en su estado original, sin reformas previas. Se propone una nueva distribución unitaria para todas ellas, con el objetivo de mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad y actualizar los acabados. La selección de materiales busca integrarse en el entorno y dialogar de forma armónica con el edificio vecino, rehabilitado anteriormente por nuestro estudio de arquitectura en Barcelona. &#38;nbsp;

Como estudio de arquitectura on foco en rehabilitación de edificios, realizamos esta obra integral en esta propiedad plurifamiliar construida en 1934 y que actualmente forma parte del catálogo de patrimonio arquitectónico del Municipio de Hospitalet de Llobregat.


El edificio mostraba un estado muy deteriorado principalmente en su fachada posterior, así como en las instalaciones comunitarias. El proyecto ideado por nuestro equipo de arquitectos consiste en rehabilitar totalmente esta fachada, sustituir todas las instalaciones comunitarias y reformar la totalidad de sus interiores: vestíbulo, escalera comunitaria y viviendas. Muchas de las viviendas están de orígen sin reformar y se adopta una nueva distribución unitaria para todas ellas que mejore las condiciones de habitabilidad y se actualizan todos los acabados seleccionando materiales que se integren en el lugar y dialoguen en armonía&#38;nbsp;con los elementos de la arquitectura original.&#38;nbsp;

Año &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 2023Este proyecto de reforma de una primera residencia se caracteriza por el uso de tonalidades vinculadas directamente con los colores de la naturaleza: el rojo tierra, el verde de la vegetación, el marrón del barro y la madera nos recuerdan a cualquier paisaje natural.
Con el uso de estos tonos atemporales se dota al espacio de una identidad propia de la que se benefician sus habitantes en sus actividades cotidianas.
Cabe destacar que la nueva distribución de la vivienda optimiza la ventilación cruzada y la entrada de luz natural a todas sus estancias.

Año &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 2025En el corazón del barrio de Horta, en Barcelona, nuestro equipo de arquitectos desarrolló el proyecto de reforma de esta vivienda unifamiliar entre medianeras.
El principal reto del proyecto fue mejorar la entrada de luz natural en la planta baja. Para ello, se transformaron las tres ventanas escalonadas de la fachada posterior en balconeras, se eliminaron los tabiques existentes para liberar el espacio y se trabajó cuidadosamente con la topografía del patio interior de manzana, estableciendo una relación directa entre interior y exterior.La selección de materiales tradicionales utilizados en la reforma permite recuperar la identidad original de esta casa de pueblo, una construcción de principios del siglo XX, reinterpretada desde una mirada contemporánea propia de nuestro estudio de arquitectura.

Año &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 202El punto de partida para nuestro estudio&#38;nbsp;de arquitectos en Barcelona fue la condición de que la distribución adoptada funcione tanto para el programa de una vivienda como para el de vivienda+estudio.
Como estrategia, se ubica la cocina en una posición central, permitiendo que en la hipótesis de uso vivienda se utilice la gran sala de fachada como sala de estar-comedor, y como alternativa se destinen tal sala y los espacios anexos al uso de estudio. Se ubica una “caja” en el acceso a la vivienda con dos puertas nuevas de medidas idénticas a la de los huecos de paso originales que encontramos en el pasillo. Desde donde se accedería a la izquierda al estudio y a la derecha a la vivienda, y en caso de funcionar como una única unidad desaparecen al quedar abiertas y dejar libre un paso de tales dimensiones. Por último, en este proyecto de rehabilitación&#38;nbsp;se busca un diálogo entre lo nuevo y lo antiguo. El cromatismo de los suelos originales de mosaico resalta sobre una base de tonos blanco y gris.

	Reforma de una oficina para la empresa The WOW Effect Company, un grupo multimarca de objetos de regalo basada en los conceptos de modernidad, creatividad, lo atrevido y lo emocional. 
Con la intención de que la atmósfera de sus oficinas formara parte de su propia identidad, se optó en este proyecto por aprovechar parte de los elementos de la arquitectura del local en su estado previo a la reforma (reduciendo además así la huella ecológica de la obra) y usar el sistema de tabiquería de construcción en seco con las placas vistas sin pintar.

La distribución consiste en una planta diáfana, con la introducción de unos paramentos verticales que no se tocan entre ellos y dispuestos en diagonal que ordenan los espacios según el programa requerido por el cliente.

Año &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; 2023La vivienda a reformar pertenece a la tipología típica de vivienda del Eixample: pasante, estrecha y con dos patios centrales.La variedad de pavimentos hidráulicos y los forjados de vigas de madera y bovedilla cerámica son los elementos originales que la caracterizan y que se decide mantener vistos puntualmente.
 Para eliminar la sensación de tubo de esta tipología de vivienda se produce un quiebro y giro en el cerramiento entre pasillo y los espacios colindantes.
Los nuevos elementos de color introducidos responden al cromatismo existente en las ventanas originales.
